Welcome to Our Practice                 

It is with a heavy heart that we announce Dr. Jill Humphrey will be moving out of state to be with her family at the end of March 2024. We have been blessed to have Dr. Humphrey with us for 17 years and truly wish her all the best. We will miss her deeply. The providers at Corridor Primary Care are happy and available to continue to care for your children, and your records will remain in our office. If you would prefer to transfer your care, just simply contact our office and complete and medical records release form found on our website. 

In addition, we are excited to announce that we will have Nurse Practitioner, Nikki Quesada, APRN, joining our practice in April 2024.

Nikki Quesada has been a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner since 2018. Before that, she was a science teacher and coach in the surrounding area. She loves working with little ones and their families and helping them to understand their health and wellness. She was born and raised in Texas and graduated with her master’s from the University of Texas at Austin, hook ‘em!! She loves to spend time with her family being active outdoors and enjoying music and dancing.

We are updating our systems and making it easier for you to complete your paperwork from home. A few days before your appointment, you will receive our pre-registration text or email from Phreesia.  If you are unable to complete your 
pre-registration before your appointment, please arrive 15 minutes early to complete in the office.
